- Abby Cowan Added May 28, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could rate 0 stars.. I would. The most unprofessional and pathetic real estate agency I have ever dealt with. Firstly didn't process our applications correctly, a risky move for the owner. Wouldn't fix any maintenance issues, including a dryer that was playing up, and a leaking sink, despite over 15 emails requesting this. The result was a broken dryer, and rust and mould growing from the sink, in addition to damage to hundreds of dollars of items I had around the sink. Refused to help us organise the correct rental day. Will not respond to any emails you send. Send their 'maintenance man' for routine inspections who I doubt is certified to conduct them. In addition to this, has issued noise complaints without evidence, when no one was even home during the night they stated... Lastly, asked to be removed from the lease, does not follow the regulations and despite providing them with what they needed, still will not remove me. This agency is pathetic, the property managers do not seem to know what they are doing at all, little to no communication ever, does not mitigate loss for owners in the slightest and does not follow the law. Didn't even lodge bond in time, RTA are well aware of this agency. If you are an owner, DO NOT SIGN YOUR PROPERTY THROUGH THIS AGENCY.
