Boscsaola and Bolognese, best ever!!!! Forgot to add, it stayed really hot all the way from Morisset to Singleton, well over an hour's drive!

When it comes to Pizza I personally endulgence once every 1-2 weeks. So I guess around 1000+ times in my life, I've had pizza in multiple places around the world. From New York to Italy and many more. But, Pauly's Gourmet Kitchen lives up to the hype. And this has been the best pizza ever for me. The one in a thousand.
